Open Gym

What is Open Gym?


Open Gym is a supervised, unstructured time where athletes can enjoy the gym at their own pace! Unlike regular classes or clinics, Open Gym allows participants to practice skills, explore equipment, and have fun in a safe, coach-supervised environment—without a set lesson plan.

Whether you're working on a specific skill, trying new things, or just want to bounce, flip, and play with friends, Open Gym is the perfect time to move freely and build confidence. It's open to all skill levels, and it's a great way to get extra practice or just burn off energy!

Note: Coaches are present for safety and guidance, but formal instruction is not provided during Open Gym.

Every Thursday

7:00pm-8:00pm

$15 per student

Ages 7-17

Any student not enrolled in our program will need a signed waiver by a parent or legal guardian in order to participate.
