At Era our Xcel program focuses on instilling a love of gymnastics, team camaraderie and dedication all while allowing the athlete to work out a limited number of hours. Bronze and Silver Teams: The athletes on these teams compete at 4-6 competitions a year. The athletes have choreographed routines on all four events and work on skills from backward rolls to back handsprings. The teams work out 4-6 hours per week. Gold/Platinum/Diamond Teams: The athletes compete in 5-10 competitions a year. The athletes have choreographed routines on all four events with increased skill level. The teams work out 8-12 hours a week.
